Peach Slushie drink

Light and frothy with little shards of ice and flecks of peach. I made this slushie-come-smoothie the other day and I was rather pleased with the results.

1 peach, stoned
1/2 tray of icecubes
sweetner granules / honey to taste
About a 1/4 pint (140ml) of milk. I used skimmed.
Shove the whole lot into a blender and blitz. Alternatively, use a stick blender but get ready to duck when it splurts everywhere.
Spoon the frothy stuff (most of it) into a glass, then pour the remaining liquid in. You can either stir it all up together, or have the two sections. It’s up to you.
